For the first time, Pt Ravishankar Shukla (RSU) University has signed MoU with government owned Thakur Pyarelal Institute of Panchayat and Rural Development (TPIPRD) on Wednesday. According to the pact, the varsity’s Center for Regional Studies and Research (CRSR) would commence academic and students’ exchange programmes for research and certificate courses pertaining to rural development and panchayat. The CRSR head Professor OP Verma informed that the research scholars would also get opportunity to do practical training in rural belts under different courses. Verma informed that the government would have access to wide range of research works regarding rural development and panchayat and it would be able to frame better plan for the benefit of villagers accordingly.
