Former Chief Minister and Congress MLA Ajit Jogi has said that the government should assess the loss due to flood in the state and demand financial aid from the Centre. “The recently announced relief package is not enough for the flood-affected people. The government should increase the relief amount and also seek further help from the Centre,” he said. Jogi also requested the Centre to approve the proposal of state government regarding financial aid for flood-hit people.
