Congress will pay tribute to Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar on the occasion of his birth anniversary at Congress Bhawan at 10:30 am on Saturday. The DCC Raipur Urban president Inderchand Dhariwal informed that the party leaders would shed light on the life of Ambedkar during tribute programme.
