Hariprasada to launch PCC website today

Raipur, April 30, 2012

With less than two years remaining for Assembly elections in the state, Congress has decided to use all the hi-tech methodologies to increase its domain and woo voters. In this connection, the AICC general secretary and state Congress incharge BK Hariprasada will launch PCC’s website at Congress Bhawan at 11 am on Tuesday. On the occasion will be present Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Processing Industry Charandas Mahant, PCC president Nandkumar Patel and CLP leader Ravindra Choubey.
The PCC spokesperson Mahendra Chhabda informed that the party had been seriously working on the website for the past couple of months.
“Initially, we will upload details of all the PCC office-bearers, party legislators, public representatives and senior leaders. Soon, we will broaden the scope and encompass workers down the level. The website will enable a person to obtain comprehensive information about Chhattisgarh Congress on one click,” said Chhabda.
He said the party wanted to bring changes at grassroot level for which it felt technology as an effective tool.
