PCC secretary Dr Shivnarayan Dwivedi has been unanimously elected as president of Chhattisgarh Palak Sangh (CPS). The decision was taken by the parents who gathered at Anupam garden on Friday.
Dwivedi said that the aim of formation of CPS is to raise voice against school mafias who were continuously hiking fee and putting heavy financial burden on parents. “The CPS will mount pressure on government to curb noose on private schools,” said Dwivedi.
He informed that the CPS would submit a memorandum to School Education Minister Brijmohan Agrawal on Saturday (April 7) regarding inordinate fee charged by private schools.
He said the government should quickly set specific norms or make an Act to prevent private schools in hiking fee every year.
The parents who gathered at Anupam garden were Yogendra Sharma, Sushil Ojha, Amitesh Dwivedi, Rajesh Gupta, Sandeep Tiwari, Neeraj Rathi, Kamlesh Mishra, Shameem Akhtar, etc.
