NSUI protest commercialisation of education

Continuing its protest against commercialisation of education, the NSUI members along with school students polished shoes of passers-by and cleaned vehicles with rags on Wednesday.
The NSUI state president Devendra Yadav said that the government should quickly constitute fee regulatory commission to curb high fee structure along with other charges of the private schools.
“This was our second phase of protest and soon we will intensify our movement if the government would not awaken,” he said.
Notably, in the first phase of its protest, the NSUI activists has attempted to gherao Chief Minister but were arrested in the midway.
The NSUI’s Raipur district vice presidents Bhavesh Shukla and Akash Sharma informed that they would continue their protest in favour of their demand till the government gives relief to the parents from inordinate school fee structures. “We will stick to Gandhi’s non-violent formula to mark our protest,” they said.
The NSUI members who protested on Wednesday include Karan Sharma, Samir Bhatt, Rishabh Mishra, Piyush Thakur, Pratyush Tiwari, Akash Choubey, Nikhil, Honey, Amitesh, etc.
