The members of Youth Congress (YC) offered
prayers for release of abducted Sukma Collector Alex Paul Menon at Kali Mandir
near Gass Memorial ground on Monday.
Condemning Menon’s abduction, the YC members led by
their Raipur Rural general secretary Vipin Mishra said that the government
should expedite the process of the official’s release.
“The Maoists have started targeting common people. If
they want to put their demands before the government then they should not
abduct or kill any innocent person,” he said.
On the occasion, Mishra was accompanied by Raja
Farishta, K Suraj, Sunny Solomon, Sajag, Sagar, Shubham, Rakesh, Shashwat,
Ankit, Yashraj, etc.
