Demanding resignation from Chief Minister Raman Singh in coalgate scam the Congress will gherao his residence on Tuesday. The CM-gherao programme will be led by AICC general secretary state Congress incharge BK Hariprasada, Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Processing Industry Charandas Mahant, PCC president Nandkumar Patel, CLP leader Ravindra Choubey, veteran party leader Vidyacharan Shukla, etc.
Patel says that the Congress would expose nexus between the CM, Sanchetis and BJP national president Nitin Gadkari. “Let the people know who have got mota maal (mega buck) in cola blocks allocation in Chhattisgarh,” he said.
As scheduled, the party will take out rallies from 15 different places of Raipur to reach CM house.

PCC office-bearers’ meeting held
State Congress president Nandkumar Patel held monthly meeting of the party office-bearers’ at 12 pm in Congress Bhawan on Monday.
The objective of the meeting was to discuss over the party’s ongoing collectorate-gherao programmes and Assembly-level training camps besides chalking out strategy for CM-gherao programme on Tuesday.
The meeting was attended by CLP leader Ravindra Choubey, veteran party leader Vidyacharan Shukla, party’s vice presidents, general secretaries, treasurer and chief PCC spokesperson.
