legislator Kuldeep Singh Juneja participated in shramdaan to fill big potholes
appeared from Jail Road
to Station Chowk. He said the commuters were facing inconvenience due to poor
condition of city roads and several road arteries have become accident-prone
zone.
“There is deep resentment among Raipurians with relevant
authorities posing indifference towards improving the road conditions of the
city. Contrarily, better road infrastructure has been developed in Naya Raipur
where public movement is scarce. This is injustice to capital residents who
certainly deserve at par basic facilities,” he said.
“The government has invited global players to invest in
state. For this, it is organising investors’ meet in November. Now, when the
foreign investors will come, the government should arrange Raipur city tour for them to make them
acquainted with the capital’s wretched conditions,” he added.
In shramdaan, Juneja was accompanied by Sanjay Pathak, Ghanshyam
Raju Tiwari, Mahendra Chhabda, Sanjay Soni, Amitesh Bhardwaj, Akash Tiwari,
Sunil Bhuwal, Anish Bajaj, Kanwaljeet Juneja, Pranab Shukla, Sewak Yadav, etc.
