The Congress will gherao Mungeli collectorate under its anti-government movement to protest hike in power tariff, inordinate power bills, frequent power cuts, black marketing of fertilisers and seeds, etc on Friday. PCC president Nandkumar Patel will also attend the collectorate-gherao programme along with local party leaders.
