Cong gets proof of grafts Central schemes in Dhamtari

Raipur, Jan 27, 2012

Congress has claimed to have collected evidences of grafts cases in MNREGA, PMGSY and other Central schemes being implemented in Dhamtari district. The evidences have been submitted by the Block Congress Committees (BCCs) of Dhamtari to the monitoring panel which reviewed the progress of Central schemes in the district on Friday, informed PCC spokesperson Mahendra Chhabda.
“On the basis of the proofs, the panel hopes to unearth major scams in all the 16 schemes of the Union government in Dhamtari. The party’s elected public representatives have complained that the funds allocated for specific Central schemes have been spent on other projects. They have also complained against the local government officials terming them corrupt and deeply involved in all the scams,” Chhabda said.
