Union Minister of State
for Agriculture and Food Processing Charandas Mahant reached state capital on
Monday morning. He attended the local programmes on Monday and will leave for
Champa on Tuesday evening. On January 4, he will meet party workers and attend
programmes in Champa and Surajpur. On the following day, he will attend
district-level meeting at Baikunthpur and another meeting at Kisan Vikas
Kendra. On January 6, he will tour Janakpur and on January 7, he will inaugurate
Late Bisahu Das Mahant Football Tournament in village Charcha. On January 8, he
will inaugurate a football match in Chirmiri under the tournament and then
proceed to Korba.
