To take stock of the preparations for party’s June 26 statewide rally, the PCC president Nandkumar Patel will convene a significant meeting of the office-bearers of PCC, district congress committees, Pradesh Mahila Congress, Sewa Dal, Youth Congress and National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) at Congress Bhawan at 4 pm on Sunday. The Congress decided to organise massive rally against the BJP in the state as a response against the latter’s persistent campaign against the UPA government at Centre. Recently, the general secretary incharge of the party’s Chhattisgarh unit BK Hariprasada has given important tips to the senior leaders while convening the meeting of PCC office-bearers during his day-long visit to the state capital.
