The PCC president Nandkumar Patel has asked the state Youth Congress (YC) to coordinate with the PCC so that the party could prepare for next Assembly elections in an organised manner. Patel’s directives to the YC came while he was interacting with the organisation’s state president, vice president and Lok Sabha presidents during a review meeting of the organisation’s activities at Congress Bhawan on Thursday.
He said the party wanted the YC meet all its expectation considering the force of young blood in the organisation. He further advised the YC office-bearers to avoid factionalism and remain united in all of its campaigns in favour of public and against the state government.
Patel said the YC should also increase its female representatives and increase its activities in rural areas. He said the PCC would always extend its support to the YC and it must continue raising issues pertaining to the people in future.
In the meeting, Patel was accompanied by leader of Congress Legislators Party (CLP) Ravindra Choubey, legislator Kuldeep Juneja and PCC spokesperson Rajendra Tiwari.
