Union Minister of State for Railways KH Muniyappa will be on day-long visit to state capital on Tuesday. He will reach Raipur from New Delhi by regular flight on Tuesday morning and then address the congress workers at Congress Bhawan in the afternoon at 2 pm. At 8:45 pm, he will return to the national capital by regular flight. The PCC spokesperson Ravindra Shukla has urged all the Congress workers to welcome Muniyappa at Congress Bhawan in large number.
