Continuing its drive to remove illegal shop extensions done by the shopkeepers over drains and nullahs, the RMC on second day took action against 15 shopkeepers at GE road near old Coffee House. The municipal Commissioner Rajesh Kumar Toppo informed that the all the shopkeepers had illegally extend their shops over the nullah preventing its free flow. After removing shop extensions, the municipal’s sanitation squad took out four truck garbage from the nullah. Toppo has appealed to all the shopkeepers to voluntarily remove their illegal extensions and help the RMC in keeping the city clean.
