The Congress will observe former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s 20th death anniversary as anti-terrorist day on May 21. The DCC president Inderchand Dhariwal and general secretary Dr Niranjan Haritwal informed that the party would also organise a tribute programme to observe Gandhi’s death anniversary in front of his statue at Fire brigade chowk at 10 am on May 21. At 10:30 am, the PCC president Nandkumar Patel will administer pledge against terrorism to the party workers at Congress Bhawan.
