The Congress on Monday alleged that the Government Ayurvedic College (GAC) presents wrong information to the team of Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) during its annual inspection.
“The CCIM team will once again inspect the GAC on Tuesday but the college administration has already prepared wrong figures to deceive the team,” charged PCC secretary and state president of Congress medical cell Dr Shivnarayan Dwivedi.
“There were only 56 patients in the GAC hospital February 19, but suddenly their volume increased to 100 on Monday. Similarly, the sonography machine purchased by the college last year had not been used till date. There college also lacks technicians,” Dwivedi said.
He has demanded from the state government to take stern action against the guilty officials of the GAC.
