PCC president Nandkumar Patel will return to state capital from poll-bound Uttar Pradesh (UP). Notably, Patel is intensely campaigning for Congress candidates at UP for the past one week. Presently, he is campaigning at Sonbhadra district where Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Processing Charandas Mahant too is accompanying him.
