NSUI opposes liquor shop at Chhattisgarh Nagar

The NSUI has opposed liquor shop at main road in Chhattisgarh Nagar. The president of NSUI’s Raipur district Pradeep Sahu said that the liquor shop was causing inconvenience to the locals, especially girls and students. “Anti-social elements gather at the liquor shop even at day time making the entire locality unsafe for the passers-by in general and girls in particular. The traffic pressure in the area is also high and hence with additional crowd thronging the liquor shop, there is always the likeliness of road mishaps,” said Sahu. He warned the local administration of launching aggressive agitation if the liquor shop would not be shifted elsewhere.
