Cong to raise problems of panchayat raj institutions

Congress will not raise problems and grafts in panchayati raj institutions. The decision was taken during the meeting of PCC’s Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan (RGPRS) convened by state Congress president Nandkumar Patel at Congress Bhawan on Saturday.
Patel asked the RGPRS office-bearers to strengthen the organisation at ground level and to enhance its domain by launching membership campaign.
He further asked them to raise local issues like grafts in Centrally-sponsored projects by frequently launching dharna and protest movements.
He also asked the office-bearers to raise problems like unavailability of fertilisers and seeds, power cuts and inordinate power bills and submit memorandums to the local administration heads.
The meeting was also addressed by Bhupesh Baghel, Uday Mudliyar and Arun Vora who urged the office-bearers to intensely raise burning as well as local issues along with the state unit and prepare for 2013 polls.
 The meeting was attended by RGPRS president Dr Shakrajeet Nayak, state president of Congress minority cell Dr Ramlal Bhardwaj, Chandrashekhar Yadav, Shailesh Nitin Trivedi, Santosh Tiwari, Girish Dewangan, Tulsi Sahu, Madan Lal Taleda, Yagydev Patel, Mahendra Chhabda, Dinesh Sharma, Ramdhan Dewangan, Mohammad Saroj Khan, Tilok Shrivas, etc.
